Welcome Investees! SDSVP conducts an evaluation process with a series of tools to help us understand the quality of our relationship with you and your satisfaction with our Partnership. The findings will help us quantify and qualify the value we add to your organization beyond the grant dollars, and to document the effectiveness of our grantmaking and capacity building support. Please see the Investee Reporting Timeline and the following documents which you may need over the next year. (Note: The documents below were created for the nonprofit organizations that SDSVP currently financially supports).

Annual Plan - Identifies program and capacity building milestones and outcomes

Capacity Assessment Tool - Evaluates organizational capacity in Strategy, Finance, Board, Fundraising, Marketing, IT, HR

Mid Year Review - Tracks progress of annual plan

Reinvestment Review - Reviews capacity building and annual plan results

Investee Satisfaction Survey - Evaluates Investee satisfaction and value provided by SDSVP

Most Significant Change - Captures key accomplishments, learnings and most significant changes

Final Report - Summarizes targets and milestones accomplished as set in the last annual plan
