Established in 2001, San Diego Social Venture Partners (SDSVP) invests its time, expertise and resources over a three-year period with selected nonprofits to support long-term solutions to community needs in the San Diego region.
SDSVP is part of an international network of over 1,900 partners in 26 cities and three countries who have given more than 32.2 million dollars in cash and 6 times that amount in in-kind contributions to over 335 nonprofit organizations. In 2009, SDSVP had over 130 partners who donated over 9,000 hours of professional services, valued at $900,00 dollars.
In 2010, SDSVP will support organizations using an innovative approach of providing collaborative solutions to addressing the needs of Education in San Diego. We will partner over three years with two non-profit organizations that can benefit from our capacity building assistance, both financial and professional support.
SDSVP is a 501(c)(3) corporation.
